2. The admissions office will contact the parent and email/mail the enrollment form
Please submit the following documents with your enrollment form
● Academic References - (from a teacher, counselor, or pastor)
● School Records/Transcripts
● Copy of Birth Certificate, SSN, and current Immunization Record
● Non-refundable application fee of $75
3. The admissions office will contact parent/s to schedule an interview.
4. You will be notified after the interview, upon the receipt of ALL completed
documents.
5. The admissions committee determines the final admission decision.
